WHAT IS ABA THERAPY?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a type of therapy that's often used to help individuals, particularly children, with autism and other developmental conditions. ABA therapy applies our understanding of how behavior works to real situations, with the goal of increasing behaviors that are helpful and decreasing behaviors that are harmful or negatively impact learning.
